Portage College Men's Soccer is excited to announce the signing of future #WeAreVoyageurs 2021 Student-Athlete ~ David Bayingana Was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo, grew up in Moose Jaw, SK. David most recently played for AS.VITA CLUB and will be attending Portage College in the fall and is enrolled in the Open Studies Program.
