Portage College Men’s Hockey is excited to announce the signing of future #WeAreVoyageurs 2021 Student-Athlete ~ James Ruhiga from Moose Jaw, SK. James previously competed as a member of AS. Vita Club. He will be attending Portage College in the fall enrolled in Power Engineering, 4th Class.
